Moneris Solutions acquires Keycorp Canada

Canadian processor of credit, debit and gift card payments Moneris Solutions has entered into an agreement to acquire Keycorp Canada (KCI). CEO and president of Moneris Solutions Jim Baumgartner said the deal allows Moneris to integrate KCIs offerings into Moneris portofolio of payment services. The deal is expected to close at the end of April.

Canadian company KCI provides POS service and support to small and large customers across Canada, as well as technical service and support to a number of Canadian acquirers, application providers and merchants. KCI also provides technical services and support to the Société des loteries vidéo du Québec for its video lottery terminals.
