It also indicates the profitability amount derived for each household and segment, ranks households by profit potential, and provides a road map for best products to cross-sell each unique household to maximize the value of the relationship. AIM is a profit-driven campaign management solution tailored for the banking industry that incorporates results from the COA process, and uses a decision engine that determines optimal product offers and channels to maximize returns from marketing initiatives.
