Infonox and Collective Dynamics, have formed a strategic alliance to deliver TranSending, a comprehensive suite of solutions for merchant acquiring and portfolio management.

Under the agreement, Collective Dynamics will deploy and integrate Infonoxs TranSending System for clients in the banking and Merchant Service Processing (MSP) markets. The TranSending System, launched at ETA 2003, is the industry?s first end-to-end workflow automation solution for real-time merchant portfolio management. In a single, web-based environment it integrates merchant lead tracking, underwriting, boarding, portfolio management, transaction and risk analysis, customer support, merchant transaction reporting, agent reporting, terminal deployment and a payment gateway. The breadth of the TranSending System functionality, its flexibility and its off-the-shelf availability make it an attractive alternative to custom developments. For its part, Collective Dynamics experience in enterprise project management and legacy integration will translate into both cost and time savings for merchant processors, acquirers and banks planning to implement Infonoxs TranSending system. Developed over four years, TranSending System is a 100% server based solution that runs on Linux or Microsoft Windows and can use Oracle, Microsoft SQL and even MySQL as the underlying database. TranSending has an open architecture with well-defined XML interfaces that can hook into legacy silos, CRM systems and other in-house platforms. Infonox also offers a variety of tools to facilitate integration and customization. In a typical deployment, the TranSending System connects the back office, agents and merchants. It handles everything from sales and lead tracking, merchant signup, underwriting and boarding to profitability analysis with extensive risk and commissions analysis, reporting and accounting, graphing and trend analysis. It is an ideal solution for acquirers, such as banks, community banks and other financial institution. The system presents a unified view of the merchant acquirers entire portfolio and accommodates the specific needs of the acquirers relationships with agent banks, ISOs and merchants, bringing portfolio management to a new level of online collaboration. Acquirers can also provide merchants with more choices for accepting payment, such as credit, debit and checks. Infonox offers the TranSending System in multiple configurations, including a pay as you go utility pricing option. Available configurations include a fully outsourced or ASP version, partially outsourced or edge version, and licenses for entire systems or single modules like Agent/Sales Center, BackOffice and Merchant Center.
