KIVA Group, has announced the opening of new headquarter operations for Global Technology Partners. After 15 years of collaborating on banking industry applications focused on channel delivery automation and customer care solutions, KIVA Group and Globalsys have joined their expertise and knowledge to go to the global financial services market with a new company and a new product suite. The new company’s mission is to build on the technology, IT skills and banking application expertise of both organizations. KIVA Group is a global provider of customer service solutions to the Financial Services Industry, located in Bedford, New Hampshire and Globalsys is a Brazilian company specializing in developing and integrating solutions that optimize the relationship between financial institutions and their customers. Global Technology Partners begins its activities with local offices in three countries: USA, Brazil and Uruguay, covering all the American markets. Initially other international markets will be supported from the USA and from KIVA operations in Egypt. The first GTP offerings are being introduced to the international market under the brand Fi-Plus. Fi-plus or fi+, is a solution for automating all customer contact channels around a single corporate contact database and a common set of rules and processes. Based on open standards, J2EE, Linux and a web services architecture, fi+ improves the business ROI by making channel intelligence available in real-time and at any point of contact, thereby reducing customer attrition, increasing profitability and maximizing selling opportunities. The first partnership announced is with FaRo Consultores, of Argentina. The company is focused on helping Latin American institutions select and implement IT solutions. As a fi+ Business Partner, FaRo is presenting the product to the local market, supported by the GTP team.
