Mr. Dolmat-Connell will oversee all strategic HR systems and programs for Geac worldwide, with an emphasis on creating a high performance culture across the company. Initially, he will focus on Geacs global sales force, addressing talent, compensation and key success metrics. Across all of Geacs business functions and divisions, Mr. Dolmat-Connell will ensure Geac recruits and retains the right people to execute the companys growth plans. He will report directly to Geac President and CEO Charles S. Jones, and will be based in Geacs North American headquarters office in Southborough, Massachusetts. Mr. Dolmat-Connell joins Geac from Clark Consulting, Inc./Pearl Meyer & Partners, a leading human capital and executive rewards consulting firm, where he served as Managing Director and High Technology and Life Sciences National Practice Leader. In these roles, he was responsible for the development of new vertical and horizontal markets for the Human Capital Practice within the firm, integration of several acquired firms, human capital strategy development, executive compensation, and sales compensation. Previously, Mr. Dolmat-Connell worked at numerous human resources and compensation consulting firms as well as at leading technology companies where he held senior-level human resources positions. Notably, Mr. Dolmat-Connell served as Principal and East Coast Practice Leader at iQuantic, a high-growth HR consulting firm; Director of Human Resources and Corporate Services at Avid Technology, a $450 million audio and video editing software provider; Director of Corporate Human Resource Operations at Stratus Computer, a $500 million manufacturer of fault-tolerant computer systems; Senior Group Human Resources Manager at Digital Equipment Corporation; and Assistant to the Vice President of HR at Data General. In addition to his 20 years of professional experience in the HR field, Mr. Dolmat-Connell has published numerous book chapters, articles and papers on topics including shareholder and employee compensation and employee retention. He received both a BA in Economics and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
