Far EasTone, a Leading Operator in Taiwan, Selects the Amdocs Enabler Product

Amdocs Enabler will empower FET to secure higher customer satisfaction and loyalty by replacing multiple systems with one, consolidated platform, thereby significantly improving customer service, minimizing time-to-market for new, value-added services, and allowing for bundled voice and data offerings and price plans. Driving cost of ownership advantages and higher AMPU (Average Margin per User), Amdocs Enabler will help FET realize profitable growth. The Amdocs platform will also provide FET with an integrated retail and partner billing platform through the utilization of the Amdocs Partner Relationship Management (PRM) product for management of interconnect, roaming, content and commerce partnerships. Amdocs PRM enables innovative partner business models and leading-edge partner offerings, further enhancing customer satisfaction and introducing additional revenue streams. Amdocs Enabler will be implemented together with additional pre-integrated add-on products, including accounts receivable, resource management, voucher management, replenishment management and balance management, and will support new data services such as MMS and WiFi across all payment methods and customer types, including unlimited billing hierarchy support for the largest corporate customers. The consolidated Amdocs platform will dramatically simplify operations, allowing for shorter billing and rating processing, reducing costs associated with marketing initiatives, providing a unified view of hybrid subscriber accounts, and improving customer service through Chinese language support.
