Meta-4 provides cash dispensing services totaling in excess of $300 million annually via a network of almost 700 ATMs located across Canada. Toronto based Ezee ATM is Canadas largest non-switching White Label ATM portfolio management company with operating terminals in every province and territory across the country. With the Meta-4 acquisition, Ezee will increase its annual ATM transaction base to approximately 15 million, and dispensed cash to over $900 million. Ezee ATM was a relatively late entry into the Canadian White Label industry. It began operations in mid-2001 and has aggressively expanded market share primarily through its nine acquisitions over the past three years. In March of this year Ezee ATM formed a strategic association with Newport Partners. Together they are dedicated to the consolidation of the private financial transaction processing industry and ATM management.
