Euronet Worldwide, Inc., a leading provider of secure electronic financial transaction solutions, have announced a partnership agreement with e-ClassicSystems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Jack Henry and Associates, Inc.

Based on the terms of the agreement, Euronet Worldwide will resell eClassic’s ATM Manager Pro software solution worldwide. ATM Manager Pro is a leading ATM channel management software solution, currently supporting more than 150,000 ATMs. ATM Manager Pro is a fully integrated suite of software modules that address all aspects of ATM channel management. The solution creates the infrastructure required to successfully manage ATM information in a centralized database by focusing on the following key functional areas: asset and site management, financial analysis, cash management and event management. As per the terms of the agreement, Euronet will market ATM Manager Pro to its worldwide customer base in more than 65 countries, thereby enabling e-Classic to establish a larger international presence for its flagship product. ATM Manager Pro will integrate with Euronet’s ATM Management Software or any third-party ATM driving solution to consolidate transaction warehousing and reporting. The evolution of ATMs from customer service tools to a recognized business channel creates a significant need for a centralized management system. Today, billons in revenue, expense and cash funnel through the ATM channel, often without a comprehensive system to audit and analyze its performance. The benefits of an integrated ATM channel management system, provided by ATM Manager Pro, leads to improved cost controls, increased efficiency, and smarter ATM strategy and placements.
