ECHOs enhanced Investor Relations page links to information critical to investors, such as Annual Reports, SEC Filings, Stock Quotes and Charts, Analyst Coverage and Frequently Asked Questions. Additionally, ECHO established a Corporate Governance page, which identifies the Companys board of directors, the committees of the board, and various board committee charters and policies. Also, ECHO added a direct link to an Insider Transaction page, which leads interested parties to information on insider holdings and Section 16 filings.
