Building upon its long-standing relationship with Visa USA, Diversinet defined the test plan, conducted the user acceptance tests, and directed the test program, culminating in Visas acceptance of the solution prior to deployment into the production system. Launched in January, Visa Extras is a new payment card rewards program that will help Visa member financial institutions to cost effectively deliver rewards opportunities to consumer and small business cardholders. With Visa Extras, enrolled cardholders have the opportunity to earn points for everyday qualifying purchases. Diversinet has worked with Visa on a number of projects. Selected by Visa USA based upon unique test lab competencies and a history of continuing to deliver quality results, Diversinet worked closely with the developer to validate the Visa Extras platform by thoroughly testing its process components and external interfaces. Diversinets work allowed Visa to deliver this very important mainstream technology initiative on schedule without sacrificing quality.
