Diebold to Manage Jammu and Kashmir Banks ATM Network

Under this contract, Diebold Systems will provide around-the-clock, real-time remote monitoring and management from its dedicated Managed Services Centre in Mumbai for Jammu and Kashmir Banks network of more than 100 ATMs. Diebolds monitoring centre accurately predicts the needs of the banks ATM network -- such as cash replenishment -- and tracks its performance. The Diebold network management team also addresses the ATMs performance in order to improve customer availability. The professional and managed services reduce the high costs of ATM currency management, resulting in operational efficiencies and significant savings for the bank. Diebold also offers Jammu and Kashmir, a leading private sector bank, an electronic journal uploading service which transmits data to a central location and facilitates online analysis. This service makes the important task of reconciliation and settlement very simple and accurate without compromising on security. Content management services enable updating screens securely, without opening the ATM. This allows for constructing advertising campaigns and downloading icons, screen graphics and MPEG videos to ATMs. The around-the-clock call centre at Mumbai supports Diebolds efforts to deliver a reliable ATM channel.
