With BizCast, Delta Dental aims to continue this commitment by helping their 20,000+ employer groups reduce the back-office cost and time for administrating, processing, reconciling and paying of detailed invoices that are received every month. BizCast will provide a centralized billing platform that will allow Delta Dental to enhance service to all customer segments while automating costly and manual financial processes such as customer service, accounts receivable, and member management. When BizCast is rolled out, employer groups will access a self-service portal to review and reconcile invoices, and quickly route bills for approval and payments. In addition, BizCast is integrated with other information systems at Delta Dental, enabling changes made by a company to their employee membership records to be updated in the appropriate databases at Delta Dental -- reducing the potential for inaccuracies in payments and benefits.
