Webb began his career in the telecommunications industry in the early 1980s, after working in sales for Warner Lambert and IBM. He was appointed vice president of sales training for US Telephone in 1982 and later that year moved to Metromedia Long Distance, where he served as vice president and general manager. Webb has also served as president of Hughes Long Distance and president of Homeowners Long Distance. In 1994, Webb founded HBS Billing Services, a bill clearinghouse located in San Antonio. After retiring in 1998, he returned to the telecommunications industry with Qwest in 2000, where he served until his appointment as president of Billing Concepts. As DCA Services president, Webb plans to focus on business growth through sales and marketing.
