David Moffett, Vice Chairman and CFO of U.S. Bancorp, Joins Board of Khimetrics

David Moffett, vice chairman and chief financial officer of U.S. Bancorp, effective immediately has been appointed to the board of Khimetrics, a leader in Customer Demand Solutions(TM).

Mr. Moffetts appointment coincides with Khimetrics expansion into the financial services industry after establishing itself as the standard for price optimization in the retail industry. Khimetrics reported that it had ended 2004 with a 54% increase in revenue and a 157% increase in net income over 2003. The company is 24th on Inc. Magazines 2004 list of the 500 fastest growing privately held companies. According to Brent Lippman, president and CEO of Khimetrics, David Moffetts addition to the board is significant for Khimetrics on two counts: his deep understanding of the financial services sector as we expand into that industry, and his proven experience as a senior executive. Already, David has provided valuable insights into the revenue growth and P&L challenges facing the financial industry. He has his finger on the pulse of what drives the banking industry. Khimetrics gain in 2004 was marked with the achievement of several notable milestones, including the signing of Lowes and 7-Eleven, demonstrating the companys ability to deliver across varied retail segments. Additionally, Khimetrics is currently being utilized by a unit of a top 5 US banking company to price loan products. This company is realizing a substantial increase in yields and volumes by using Khimetrics for price optimization.
