Cyphermint Partners with Express Payment Solutions

Under this agreement, PayCash customers will be able to fund their e-Wallets and PayCash Now Visa Debit Card accounts quickly at any Bank of America, Fleet Bank, Bank One or Wells Fargo Bank. This funding solution is unique and complements Cyphermint’s existing methods as it uses the traditional banking system for funding PayCash accounts. Additionally, PayCash and Now Card cardholders will not need to be customers of the bank where they choose to fund their accounts. This is a particularly attractive option for the unbanked market. Currently PayCash customers can fund their e-Wallets and PayCash Now card accounts with cash through American Payment Systems’s (APS) walk-in bill-pay locations. Users can also fund their accounts with money orders or through Western Union. Cyphermints Wallet is a downloadable electronic software and is used to securely and safely transfer digital cash over the Internet to participating PayCash merchants enrolled in the system. The PayCash Now Visa Debit, issued by BANKFIRST, is Cyphermint’s prepaid debit card. This reloadable card, with PIN security, provides the unbanked and under-banked consumer ATM capabilities and can be presented anywhere Visa debit is accepted. Combined with APS, Cyphermint now offers 20,000 locations where PayCash users can load their accounts with cash—securely and quickly.
