Diebold and Concord EFS have joined forces to provide turnkey automated teller machine (ATM) outsourcing solutions to both new and existing customers.

Together, Concord and Diebold have developed cost-effective, packaged programs that include ATM processing, hardware, software, maintenance services, support and financing. Diebold will provide the ATM hardware, software and services. Terminal options from Diebold will include its newest line of ATMs, Opteva, as well as ix Series units. Diebold will also offer its new terminal-resident Agilis software, the most advanced ATM software in the industry. Affordable and convenient financing options will be provided by Diebold Credit Corporation (DCC), the leading global ATM finance organization in the industry. Agilis 91x is one of the applications in Diebolds new Agilis family of Microsoft Windows-based ATM software. Agilis allows multiple vendors terminals and their respective technologies to co-exist. The software brings new levels of speed, flexibility and performance throughout the entire self- service delivery channel. It features a unique design that minimizes integration costs because it is fully compatible with existing host environments. The Opteva product line is the latest in a long line of ATMs from Diebold. Each generation of ATMs has brought new and better technologies to the market. Opteva is no exception. This newest ATM family contains a wealth of new features and functionality, such as USB 2.0 support and two-color printing on receipts, functions never before seen on ATMs. Concord EFS will provide ATM and point-of-sale (POS) driving, network switching and gateways to Visa and MasterCard, reporting and settlement for switched transactions, call-center helpdesk, around-the-clock ATM monitoring, and incident management and problem resolution services.
