Agilis 91x is one of the applications in Diebolds new Agilis family of Microsoft Windows-based ATM software. Agilis allows multiple vendors terminals and their respective technologies to co-exist. The software brings new levels of speed, flexibility and performance throughout the entire self- service delivery channel. It features a unique design that minimizes integration costs because it is fully compatible with existing host environments. The Opteva product line is the latest in a long line of ATMs from Diebold. Each generation of ATMs has brought new and better technologies to the market. Opteva is no exception. This newest ATM family contains a wealth of new features and functionality, such as USB 2.0 support and two-color printing on receipts, functions never before seen on ATMs. Concord EFS will provide ATM and point-of-sale (POS) driving, network switching and gateways to Visa and MasterCard, reporting and settlement for switched transactions, call-center helpdesk, around-the-clock ATM monitoring, and incident management and problem resolution services.
