Create!form, - A Bottomline Technologies Company has released KnowledgeLink, an online customer support center.

KnowledgeLink will provide the companys global customers with convenient, on-demand access to their installation details, the ability to submit and check the status of support requests, and a searchable technical Knowledgebase. Customers can also download patches and updates, request major upgrades, and access user newsletters via KnowledgeLink. KnowledgeLink is now available to all Create!form clients as part of the companys standard Maintenance and Support Plan. The Create!form suite of document output management products streamlines the formatting, intelligent delivery, and archiving of business documents for a wide range of business applications and platforms.
