BANK WIZARD speeds membership applications at JJB Sports

Joining JJB Sports Fitness Clubs is becoming quicker and easier following the implementation of BANKWIZARD, the bank data validation software from Eiger Systems.BANK WIZARD automatically validates membership applicants bank details prior to their Direct Debits being submitted to their banks for processing. This ensures that errors are spotted immediately and can be resolved swiftly. As a result members are able to enjoy the Clubs facilities without delay and the cost of application errors is kept to a minimum. Weekly updates from Eiger Systems ensure that JJB Sports databases benefit from the latest available bank and account data. BANK WIZARD is already installed at two JJB Sports Fitness Club sites with rollout to a further fourteen Clubs expected during 2004. A further eight new clubs are expected to open this year, and BANK WIZARD will be an integral part of each Clubs membership application system. Currently the Clubs have a total of approximately 60,000 members nationwide. Installation began in November 2003 after Gladstone MRM, provider of JJB’s Membership software, MRM.plus2, recommended BANK WIZARD as a preferred solution. Gladstone MRM and Eiger Systems have worked in partnership to offer a comprehensive software package which encompasses all the elements of a Membership system with the added benefit of accurate and timely bank validation.
