Enrolling in free online bill pay is easy. - New customers will learn how easy it is to sign up for free online bill pay when opening personal checking accounts at a Standard Federal branch. - Standard Federal customers who already have bill pay will no longer be charged for the service as of April 1. - Current Standard Federal customers who already bank online and want to add bill pay can sign up by logging in to Online Banking at standardfederalbank.com . Select the Pay Bills option and follow the simple onscreen instructions. - Customers who arent enrolled in Online Banking can sign up on the banks Web site using their ATM or debit card number and PIN for free bill pay and immediate online access to their accounts.
