ACI Worldwide Teams with Boston Communications Group

ACI Worldwide and Boston Communications Group, have signed a multiyear agreement to integrate bcgi ATM Recharge with ACIs BASE24 ATM driving software. Upon integration, ACI will have the ability to license the bcgi ATM Recharge Interface, a fully supported, end-to-end solution for prepaid wireless top-up at the ATM, to its BASE24 customers throughout the U.S. The agreement creates a competitive prepaid wireless recharge interface offered and supported by ACI. Increasing consumer options for where and when they can recharge their prepaid accounts in real time, the interface makes it possible for banks to take advantage of the revenue generating opportunities presented by prepaid wireless growth nationwide. ACIs BASE24 software modules, which drive an estimated one third of all ATM transactions in the U.S., provide transaction routing and authorization, host and interchange interfaces, settlement, management reporting, network control, and chip card functionality. The system provides organizations with a high-performance, fault-tolerant solution for delivering services, like bcgi ATM Recharge, through ATMs, kiosks and self-service devices. bcgi ATM Recharge is an end-to-end, managed solution that enables prepaid wireless subscribers to top up their accounts in real time at participating ATMs, including those that display the Wireless Wallet acceptance mark. Uniting wireless carriers with ATM operators, bcgis platform acts as the bridge between the carrier and the ATM network, enabling both parties to offer enhanced services to attract customers and generate revenues. bcgi ATM Recharge, which is interoperable with multiple carrier billing platforms and multiple banking networks, delivers day-to-day transaction support, including real-time processing, post-sale reconciliation, reporting, funds settlement and point-of-sale (POS) tax compliance.
