ACI Worldwide and VocaLink extend relationship to 2021

ACI Worldwide, a US-based provider of payment systems, has extended its relationship with VocaLink, an operator of the UK’s national payment infrastructure, with a nine-year agreement.

Under the terms of the partnership, both companies are set to provide services for 24,000 ATMs distributed across the UK.

By leveraging the ACI’s BASE24 and BASE24-eps ATM technologies, VocaLink’s complete managed ATM service provides services to its cash machine network and ATM deployer customers, regardless of ATM type or configuration. The ATM Managed Service enables VocaLink’s customers to provide functionalities to their ATM end-customers, including features such as ATM Helpdesk, ATM Location Database, ATM Switching, International Card Networks and Mobile Phone Top-Up.

ACI Worldwide provides electronic payments and banking services for approximately 2,600 financial institutions, retailers and processors around the world.

In recent news, ACI Worldwide has completed the acquisition of Official Payments Holdings, a provider of electronic bill payment solutions.
