Visa has announced the launch of new offers that focus on providing small and micro businesses (SMBs) with new solutions to improve their overall performance.

Following this launch, cardholders of Visa Small Business cards have the possibility to accept digital payments, fine-tune all their essential systems, as well as to save on the technology services that are needed to build and grow their business resilience. The companies can also use the Visa SavingsEdge to unlock automatic and secure savings, sales, and discounts on business-related products through their card issuer. This includes new offers provided by companies such as Yahoo and Bench Accounting.

Furthermore, using the Visa SavingsEdge feature, small business cardholders can leverage their Visa Business card to save on expenses from numerous merchants and traders. The programme enables companies with two paths in order to save their expenses with Everyday Savings, which are applied as statement credits to the cardholders’ future statements, and Instant Savings, including discounted offers that can be redeemed on the selected merchants’ or traders’ websites instantly.

Visa has announced the launch of new offers that focus on providing small and micro businesses (SMBs) with new solutions to improve their overall performance.

Visa Small Business cards’ benefits

New clients have benefits on the Bench Accounting website as well, including their first month free and a 30% discount offer for the following three months. They can connect their Visa Small Business card in order to view and manage transaction data, to make the bookkeeping, reporting, and tax preparation processes automated, secure, and efficient.

Through the Visa SavingsEdge, customers can benefit from a 50% discount offer on the System Mechanic products and Yahoo’s go-to software package, designed to improve PC performance while optimising its speed and overall functionality.

Visa has announced the decision to provide SMBs with a two-day promotion period, to offer them the possibility to reduce the costs associated with getting and accepting online and digital payments. This will be done with the help of Authorize.net, Visa’s small business digital payments management platform, which will waive its monthly gateway fee for the life of the respective account, along with transaction fees for the first 50,000 payments. The promotion can be used by small businesses that sign up between February 11th and February 12th, for customers from the US.

Visa’s full suite of products and services will be offered to the SMBs, including Visa Business credit and debit cards payments controls, digital payment management platforms, business reporting, plug-and-play ways to simplify payment solutions, as well as managing bottom lines and enabling increased revenue by opening new digital payments streams.

Visa’s development strategy

US-based multinational financial services corporation, Visa announced multiple partnerships and product launches in the past couple of months.

At the beginning of February of 2023, Visa partnered with P97 to deploy its token technology for mobile payments. Following this collaboration, the companies aimed to reduce friction for in-car payments while enabling EV charging payment solutions across public networks.

In January of 2023, Visa announced its collaboration with Fintech District, an international community of reference across the Italian fintech scene, in order to facilitate and improve the growth process of the fintech ecosystem in the region.

Included in the initiatives was the `Fintech Fast Track` programme as well, which helped approximately a hundred European fintech companies have access to the payment system as direct participants. This allowed them to offer their customers improved products and services, which contained a set of new payment solutions.
