Valve selects WorldPay for payment services

Valve, a US-based video game developer, has selected global provider of payment and risk services WorldPay for its payment services for processing video game transactions globally.

WorldPay provides payment services for the Steam platform. Whether console or cloud-based, multi-device, free-to-play or downloadable content, WorldPay possesses the payment services to help Valve monetise, expand and grow revenues.

WorldPay supports international e-commerce expansion strategies by offering global acquiring licenses and a portfolio of over 200 payment types.

In recent news, Lycamobile Group, a provider of the prepaid international calling card services, has selected global provider of payment and risk services WorldPay to handle its payment services including acquiring, gateway, risk, treasury and alternative payments to support its global payment requirements.
