WorldPay, a global provider of payment and risk services, and Telenor Business Internet Service, a global provider of data and media communication services, have teamed up to allow WorldPay to handle payment transactions for Telenor Business Internet Services Software-as-a-Service offer.

Telenor Business Internet Services has selected WorldPay to provide its payment gateway, acquiring services, alternative payment acceptance and risk management services. WorldPay will support Telenor Business Internet Services for global SaaS offers, first in Hungary with the launch of the Telenor cloud service.

Telenor Business Internet Service, a subsidiary of the Telenor Group, was established in January 2013 in order to add a global cloud broker service proposition to the Telenor Group.

WorldPay has more than 200 national and international payment methods and operates in over 40 countries worldwide.

In recent news, PayPal Payments Standard and WorldPay have integrated with the Sitefinity CMS platform, developed by global software application provider Telerik.
