myTU partners with Nets for issuer services and digital payments

Travel Union’s free payment account and payment card myTU has chosen European payments leader Nets to ensure processing and digital services, including cards and extended mobile payment capabilities to its customers.

myTU is a licensed family, travel partner-focused e-money institution that offers a wide variety of banking and payment capabilities, from daily banking to loyalty solutions for businesses and private consumers. myTU users can opt for instant money transfers, real-time monitoring through the company’s mobile banking app or automated daily allowances, among others. 

As per the agreement, Nets will support myTU with issuer processing, tokenization, issuing services, fraud prevention, customer service, cards personalisation, and dispute and chargeback services to the latter’s EU and EEA-based clients. 

Nets is part of the Nexi Group, a Europe-based payment company that provides customised payment solutions for banks, businesses, and consumers.
