Uruguay's Kona lands a deal with Canadian bank

Kona, a Uruguay-based a customer experience startup that offers machine learning-powered solutions for companies, has landed a deal with a Canada-based bank.

Kona will now aid the institution in different areas. Both by using AI to improve internal operation processes, as well as enhancing customer experience through customised chatbots and virtual assistants.

In 2019, Kona began working cooperatively with Uruguay’s Chamber for Information Technologies (CUTI) and Uruguay XXI.
