This also provides for immediate transfers and scheduled future transfers to all applicable suffixes, including approved cross account suffixes. The scheduled transfers are customizable to a members needs, and can be edited or deleted at will. ePay -Links to PEFCUS branded site with Checkfree(R), which completely integrates the look and feel of the credit unions Web site and also includes person-to-person email payment ability. Member Services - Allows members to change their own mailing address and email address, also utilizing Summits Pathways XML interface. Purdue Employees FCU also described how this technology contributed to their success by automating previously manual processes: -- The scheduled transfer process historically existed as a manual process, whereas now the member controls the transfer timeline. -- A member can pull the check image up and print it with no call to the call center. -- Now members can change their address in real-time without having to contact the call center. -- The increased functionality of the ePay product has given the member the freedom to take their bill pay experience to another level. A member can sign up for ebills within their ePay account, and the bill will be electronically transmitted to their account. It eliminates paper bills from being mailed to their home, and all of the ebills are in one location within the portal. The winning submission
