Under the new agreement, the companies have developed an interface using advanced technology to enable real-time access to Online Resources full suite of Quotien products and services, which Kirchman will market to its client base of more than 1,000 banks. The interface between Kirchmans core banking software solution, Kirchman Bankway, and Online Resources is the first of its kind for the companies and will use IBM Websphere MQ technology, known as the gold standard for message transport. The interface allows Kirchman to offer its bank clients the highest range of functionality of Online Resources seamlessly integrated online banking and bill payment services as well as Money HQ, the state-of-the-art online personal financial management and transaction center. The interface enables real-time information exchange in a highly reliable, secure environment. Kirchmans clients also will be able to take advantage of Online Resources patented real-time payments gateway, extensive marketing and integrated consumer management services, which converts more than 27 percent of online banking customers to bill payment, one of the highest success rates in the industry.
