eWise Systems Powers first directs Internet Banking plus Service

eWise Systems has successfully completed the first directs "Internet Banking plus" service implementation. Internet Banking plus is a landmark first direct service, providing UK consumers the flexibility of online account aggregation, even if they are not a first direct customer. first direct is pushing the boundaries of UK internet banking by providing a financial home that allows both existing and potential customers to manage their finances from a single sign-on web page. Most existing account wrapping internet services provide one view of a customers account information at any one bank, or building society. With eWise Systems, customers can use its patented digital safe, assigned to their PC, to manage financial information from many different sources, all on one page. first directs internet banking plus service launched on 26 April 2004.
