Clarien Bank teams up with Newgen Software

US-based Clarien Bank has selected Newgen Software as its technology partner to support omnichannel customer experience.

Clarien Bank will use Newgen’s Omnichannel Customer Engagement (CCM) product suite to streamline customer communications. The CCM suite will enable the bank to deliver personalised communication to its customers.

The solution is designed to help create communication templates for personal and corporate credit cards, savings, loans, and time accounts.
