BMO Bank of Montreal is making its service moreaccessible to Korean language customers by adding a new glossary with a comprehensive list of banking terms and their Korean equivalent to its onlinebanking site. - (Voice your opinion)

The Korean glossary for online banking is just one of the services BMO Bank of Montreal are providing to their Korean customers who require language assistance. Over the last few years, BMO Bank of Montreal has hired additional Korean speaking frontline staff and has placed them in branches located in areas where Koreans have reached critical mass. Additionally, BMO Bank of Montreal has partnered with a major bank in Korea and the provincial government to conduct both investment and business seminars to help newly arrived Koreans understand financial services and products better. BMO also provides a Chinese language glossary for online banking and a Chinese language bmo.com Internet site.
