TakeMe Pay allows 'au PAY' to be accepted across Japan

TakeMe Pay has announced that from January 2021, the au smartphone payment service ‘au PAY’, operated by KDDI – Japan’s mobile carrier – will be added as a new payment method.

TakeMe Pay is a global multi-payment platform operated by TakeMe Co., more precisely, Japan’s all-in-one payment platform with 100+ payment brands from Japan and overseas.

The addition of ‘au PAY’ aims to provide payment methods in Japan, while the global multi-payment service TakeMe Pay will continue adding payment brands and expand vision of a cashless society in Japan. au Pay with TakeMe Pay can be used by scanning the TakeMe Pay QR Code with the au Pay app.
