REISS adopts Teamwork Commerce's mobile POS solution

REISS has partnered with Teamwork Commerce to deploy Mobile POS across US stores in a bid to improve in-store efficiency and customer experiences.

 

Specifically, Teamwork Commerce, a provider of global retail management software, has announced the successful deployment of its Mobile Point of Sale (POS) solution to REISS, a British fashion brand, across all of the retailer’s brick-and-mortar stores in the United States. The rollout, completed in a period of a few weeks, has seen the technology go live in 9 REISS locations nationwide according to the official press release. 

REISS, known for its modern collections, operates over 250 points of sale worldwide and considers the US as its second-largest market. The partnership with Teamwork Commerce aims to modernise the brand's technology capabilities, particularly in improving customer experiences and in-store efficiency. 

Leveraging Teamwork Commerce’s Mobile POS system, exclusively on iOS devices, REISS aims to streamline checkout processes and provide seamless experiences for both staff and customers. The system allows transactions to be completed from anywhere on the shop floor and supports various payment methods, contributing to a better in-store experience. 

In the company press release, official representatives from REISS highlighted the technology's ability to streamline operations and deliver top-tier customer experiences. In this context, making the decision to implement the POS solution in US stores was straightforward. 

In turn, officials from Teamwork Commerce emphasised the importance of prioritising customer experience in today’s retail landscape. They also expressed confidence in helping REISS use advanced retail technologies as the brand continues its growth plans in the US market.
