Qpass and AMS Form Alliance

Qpass and American Management Systems, Incorporated (AMS), have formed a global alliance to deliver Qpass Prosperity Series software to the mobile market. The combination of Qpass market-leading system software and AMSs consulting and systems integration expertise will help mobile operators speed up the delivery of data services to market and better manage their content partner relationships. Under the terms of the agreement, AMS will provide consulting and systems integration services to mobile operators during the evaluation, testing and implementation of Qpass software. In Europe, AMS and Qpass will demonstrate the functionality and benefits of the Prosperity Series software in the AMS Mobile Data Services Competency Centre located in Düsseldorf, Germany. Qpass Prosperity Series software was designed to help operators launch content quickly and efficiently and has quickly emerged as the preferred mobile commerce software in North America. Using Prosperity Series, operators can dynamically create and collect payments for portfolios of premium services such as ringtones, games and messaging. Qpass software also enables operators to more easily manage their content partner relationships. AMS helped launch six leading European mobile operators and is currently working with several of these industry leaders to bring their data services to market. Leveraging its success in Europe, AMS launched its Wireless Data Services (WDS) practice in the United States in October 2003. Through the Qpass-AMS alliance, mobile operators now can turn to a leading consulting and systems integration company to help them capture additional data revenue using Qpass unique mobile commerce software. Several large mobile operators - including two of the top 10 globally - are already using Prosperity Series to generate millions of dollars in revenue monthly.
