PurplePay launches mobile payment solution

PurplePay has launched its mobile payment solution, with Nigeria as the pioneer leading country.

According to THISDAYLIVE, the digital payment platform is a pocket-friendly, convenient, and safe way to send and receive money, pay bills, and top-up anytime and from anywhere. Purplepay users get to enjoy physical USD cards delivered to them that can be used for withdrawals, online payments, online subscriptions, and more.

The solution is available on Android and iOS app stores and has a QR code scanner that allows merchants to receive payments as well. Besides, the P2P transfers’ allow users to send and receive money from other PurplePay users just with their usernames/phone numbers.

Furthermore, the company's officials stated that the platform offers virtual accounts for its Nigerian users to send and receive money from any bank in Nigeria with their PurplePay Account number. Overall, thanks to PurplePay’s cross-border payments and multi currency wallet (local and USD), users can connect with their loved ones, and initiate money transfers easily.
