The feature allows customers to withdraw cash from NBO's ATM using a smartphone. To use the new feature, customers log on to the NBO mobile app, select a type of transaction and request a secret code which is valid for 24 hours. Once the code is sent to the phone, the user waves the smartphone screen with the code at the ATM screen. The ATM verifies the code and authenticates the user who then can withdraw cash without touching the ATM screen.
