Kansas.gov has launched a mobile-friendly property tax payment service, which enables mobile users to pay taxes with their smartphone or tablet.

The Kansas Property Tax Payment application accepts payments made through e-check, as well as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit card payments.

Currently 75 US counties participate in the online service. Access to the tax account requires a current tax statement issued by the county treasurer’s office.
