The Isis Mobile Wallet allows customers to pay at contactless payment terminals and have access to special offers and loyalty cards at participating merchants via their Isis Ready smartphone.
The Isis Mobile Wallet allows consumers to shop and pay using their mobile phone, by storing virtual versions of a customers participating credit or prepaid cards, as well as coupons and merchant loyalty cards. To use the Isis Mobile Wallet, customers have to select a payment card and tap their smartphone on the point-of-sale (POS) terminal.
The redesigned Isis Mobile Wallet features an enhanced user interface. Integration with American Express Serve enables Isis Mobile Wallet users to load funds to their American Express Serve Account from a US debit or credit card, bank account or through direct deposit, as well as pay bills online and send money to friends and family using an American Express Serve Account.
Customers can use the Isis Mobile Wallet at merchant locations nationwide that accept contactless payments such as ToysRUs, Jamba Juice and Coca-Cola vending machines.
In recent news, UK-based NFC, smart cards, mobile phones and interactive TV technology company Proxama has entered an agreement with Isis to develop the lsis Mobile Wallet application for near field communication (NFC)-enabled devices using the BlackBerry 10 operating system platform.
