Deezer partners Boku for direct carrier billing in Germany

US direct carrier billing mobile payments company Boku has entered a partnership with Deezer, a global music service with approximately 10 million monthly users worldwide, to bring direct carrier billing to Deezer’s subscribers who want to pay using their mobile number.

With this partnership, Deezer enables music fans in Germany to subscribe to its Premium and Premium+ offer using their mobile phone. Subscribers are set then to be charged on a recurring monthly basis on their mobile phone bill. The deal includes subscribers on all mobile operators in Germany.

In recent news, Boku has entered a partnership with provider of cloud-based parking services PassportParking, to bring direct carrier billing to drivers.
