The platform is set to be integrated with Connect FSS’ mobile banking and online banking channels. Las Vegas based financial institution One Nevada Credit Union is set to be the first joint customer to launch the mobile wallet platform.
By integrating CU Wallet’s mobile payments platform to its mobile banking and online banking channels, Connect FSS is set to enable credit union customers to deploy a mobile payments, mobile wallet product offering.
Connect Financial Software Solutions focuses on the development, operations and management of software services for credit unions. Via Connect, members can open accounts online, receive account alerts, view promotions, use mobile online banking, pay bills and access financial transactions directly from a Personal Financial Manager, such as Quicken or Quickbooks, as well as an optional Online Financial Management Application.
CU Wallet is a credit union centric mobile payments service. Co-founded in 2013 by financial services entrepreneurs Paul Fiore and Kirk Drake, CU Wallet combines technology with direct credit union ownership. CU Wallet’s mobile payments platform is designed by credit unions to assist credit unions.
In recent news, Paydiant, a provider of cloud-based mobile wallet, has been selected by CU Wallet to power its credit-union centric mobile wallet offering.
