The bank has enabled customers to perform transactions without requiring a physical card. In addition, the delivery time for cards has been reduced by the bank via the issuance of virtual cards.
Once issued, the virtual card is automatically stored in the BisB Mobile app, and it contains all the customer details that are required to perform transactions.
The virtual cards are available for both potential and existing customers. New customers can apply for their choice of the bank’s selection of debit, credit, or prepaid cards via the BisB Mobile app and receive their card instantly. Similarly, existing customers can apply for the issuance of a virtual card for any of their existing debit, credit, or prepaid cards.
