Allixon has developed a mobile banking, M-Banking, service system based on WIPI (Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability) for Korea Exchange Bank, Nonghyup and Chohung Bank.

WIP was recently adopted by the Korean Government as the standard platform for all mobile communications. This mobile banking service was deployed by SK Telecom and KTF which are the first and second ranked providers of mobile phones in Korea. M-Banking allows users to perform all their routine banking transactions through their mobile phones. In additional, M-Banking will act as a financial portal allowing access of other financial information for the users. The Korean mobile internet market is considered to be a leading market in the world. As an early adopter of these technologies, the market in Korea has been growing rapidly. The amount of available mobile contents had been increasing rapidly since 2000 and this growth is now expected to start in the market for financial contents and services.
