Key is First to Launch Online CD Portfolio Management

Before Key implemented online CD portfolio management, a client had to visit a KeyCenter or use Keys telephone banking center to close the CD or change terms when it reached its maturity date. Now, they can select a new CD account type, alter the upcoming term and even change the investment amount -- all at their convenience from any Web-enabled PC. Clients may use the Change CD Options feature at any time during the grace period. The feature is accessed directly from their CD Account Details Page. During the renewal process the client is able to review current rates, and terms ranging from seven days to 10 years. They can transfer money into the renewing CD, or transfer some or all of the funds into another Key account. In the final step, the client is able to print a confirmation of the transaction for their records. The entire change process takes less than five minutes.
