Jumper.ai is Vonage's end-to-end conversational commerce solution. It enables businesses of all sizes to develop messaging-first shopping experiences for their customers. This is possible for all popular social networks, instant messaging services, and internet platforms. Supported by Mollie's payment solutions, Jumper.ai aims to boost business customer interaction and revenue.
According to a Vonage representative, Jumper.ai empowers businesses to meet the needs of new and existing customers, as the platform gives them built-in capabilities to simplify the way they offer products to customers. The partnership gives businesses across Europe the ability to engage with customers through their preferred channels.
Mollie's integration with Vonage's platform offers companies the opportunity to make customers aware of relevant products via various chat channels, such as Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. Payment requests can also be shared directly with customers via chats to direct them to the payment page.
