The solution comes with new POS devices and addresses merchants of all sizes, both offline and online. It was created by Viva Wallet together with Microsoft Azure and the development took two years to complete. Today, it is available in 17 European countries.
The new devices are fully digital and smaller in size than the usual counterparts. The small size makes them easy to use for couriers and taxi drivers or any other mobile operator that needs to close a transaction.
The solution offers streamlined activation, as well as acceptance of a variety of payment methods both offline (POS) and online (ecommerce). It also provides 24/7 operational and settlement services and personalised acquiring fees. Through the fully online platform, merchants can also monitor in real-time their customers’ transactions, which are settled automatically.
