The partnership allows the ecommerce platforms and marketplaces to increase the size and reach of their peer-to-peer marketplaces, which will directly benefit buyers and sellers. The combined companies will count for a membership base of over 23 million, with more than 5 million items, and a Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) of over USD 1 billion.
