QIWI, PickPoint reach agreement on QIWI Box postamat network

QIWI and PickPoint, the logistics operator for postamat deliveries on the Russian ecommerce market, have reached an agreement regarding the QIWI Box postamat network.

For over three years QIWI, in partnership with PickPoint, has been developing a network of compact postamats in Russia. Just like QIWI Terminals, QIWI Box postamats are operated using the agent model, with QIWI providing the technological platform and equipment and QIWI’s agents taking care of placement and maintenance of postamats. Now, QIWI Box will be completely transferred to PickPoint, with QIWI retaining platform management and terminal interaction responsibilities.

Under PickPoint, the management conditions of postamat usage, as well as commercial relations with agents, will remain the same. Order issuance and cash payments will continue to be carried out through the QIWI Terminal interface. In addition, QIWI will continue managing the technological platform. At the same time, direct management of the address program will allow PickPoint to increase the volume of online postamat orders.
