Phos and Mastercard boost digital payments acceptance for MSMEs

Monday 16 March 2020 05:30 CET | News

Software manufacturer Phos has announced a pilot project with Mastercard to introduce a mobile solution that supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to accept cashless payments.

Thus, the solution helps retailers to accept contactless payments on Android mobile devices without any additional hardware purchases. The project is supported by Paynetics, an e-money institution with license across the European Union and is expected to last until April 2020. The new solution is expected to enable small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to accept cashless payments.

Phos enables all Android devices to accept payments from contactless cards or other NFC-enabled devices.
