Tuesday 23 February 2021 11:23 CET | News

Intuit has acquired OneSaas, provider of ecommerce data integration software, and plans to accelerate the integration of third-party ecommerce solutions with its QuickBooks platform.

According to Accounting Today, QuickBooks Commerce is a new product that allows small businesses to manage omnichannel sales. OneSaas is an infrastructure platform that integrates data streams from marketplaces, point-of-sale, fulfillment, and other categories of ecommerce platforms, normalising the data for consumption by QuickBook Commerce, so users can see a more complete view of their omnichannel business.

Thanks to the initiative QuickBooks Commerce business users can launch and manage products across multiple online and offline sales channels, and manage inventory, orders and fulfillment from multiple channels and across multiple inventory locations.

Overall, the addition of OneSaas’ capabilities is hoped to provide better analytical insights to the data gathered from QuickBooks Commerce functions, Accounting Today stated.
