Instacart, a grocery delivery company, has raised nearly USD 210 million in a new round of funding, forbes.com reports.

The funding, which could increase to USD 220 million if all allotted shares are sold, will add to the overall valuation of USD 400 million, based on filings uncovered by VC Experts, a private company research firm, the source reports.

Instacart raised USD 44 million in June 2014 in a round led by the venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz.
